CODY DRAY
President
Cody has a wealth of hockey knowledge as well as in business. Cody played junior hockey in Ontario and took his career to Europe for a short professional career, before starting ISM in 2017. Cody became the youngest certified agent in North America in June 2018 at the age of 22. In 2019 Cody also was certified by the Finnish Hockey Players Association to work in the Finnish Elite League (Liiga).

ADRIAN SOUN
Vice President
Adrian has coached minor/junior hockey, worked as a goalie coach and led off-ice training sessions with hockey players. Coming from any competitive hockey market, players aiming to move from minor hockey to junior and college to pro can face many challenges when looking for the right fit. Adrian’s goal is to provide each player with the best opportunity available and assist them in making the best decision when seeking new opportunities in hockey.

Dan brings over 10 years of business and sports management experience to ISM. After his playing career, he turned to on-ice development and coaching where he is currently certified in the GTHL. As our Director of Player Development, Dan’s responsibilities with ISM include recruitment and family consulting at the Junior and College level as well as preparation for professional hockey.

Harrison’s background in business developed at the University of Victoria has helped him successfully transition to the Sports Management industry namely in player advising. With ISM, Harrison is focused on advising young talent and supporting player development. As a representative on the west coast, Harrison has built up a strong understanding of the various junior opportunities clients can pursue.

Colton was born and raised in Vernon British Columbia where he played four seasons for the Vernon Vipers in the BCHL going to two RBC Cup national championships. Receiving a scholarship to the University of Alaska Fairbanks he continued his career for two seasons there before joining the University of Regina Cougars in the U Sports association. After his collegiate career, he signed a contract in the ECHL for the Wichita Thunder. On top of his playing career, he obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology where he focuses on the mental health of athletes and offers counseling services.

Mitch has spent the last eight years studying the game of hockey, both through scouting and analytics. He graduated from Nichols College in 2016 with a degree in Sports Management and has consulted with a number of teams and firms in the past at both the college and major junior level. Mitch’s role with ISM focuses on recruiting and advising clients. His number one goal is to help players improve themselves, get them to where they want to go and find the best possible fit for them.
