Colton Sparrow
Vernon, BC
Colton brings a deep understanding of hockey built through coaching, recruiting, and playing at high levels. Most recently, he served in the BCHL as Director of Player Recruitment & Development for the Vernon Vipers, and spent four seasons as an assistant coach with the Vipers. He has also coached at the CSSHL level with RINK Hockey Academy Kelowna.
As a player, Colton developed in Vernon before completing a four-year BCHL career that included championships and earning an University of Alaska Fairbanks scholarship. After two NCAA seasons, he continued his hockey and academic journey, graduating from the University of Regina with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, signing professionally with the Wichita Thunder, and finishing his playing career in Sweden.

Sean McGovern
Calgary, AB
Sean currently coaches in Calgary, AB, and has a wide range of knowledge from his 6-year pro career in Europe. Before turning pro, he played NCAA D1 at St. Lawrence University under former NHL and D1 coach of the year Greg Carvel.
During his junior career, Sean attended the Taft School and went on to play in the BCHL with the Surrey Eagles, gaining a deep understanding of the recruiting process and what it takes to elevate your game. He loves helping players develop hockey IQ and showing the different options a player has to achieve their goals.

Paolo De Sousa
Montreal, QC
Paolo brings over a decade of coaching and player development experience to Import Sports Management. A product of Harrington College of Canada and the Ontario Hockey Academy, he played junior hockey in both the OJHL and GOJHL.
His career has spanned North America and Europe, including time at the University of Oklahoma and working with athletes across the Montreal area. Most recently, he completed his fourth season in Europe, helping the Baden Rhinos win a championship in Hügelsheim.

Michael Fox
Chicago, IL
Michael grew up in Springfield, IL and went on to play at the University of Illinois. Michael began his coaching career as the head coach and general manager of the University of Illinois Fighting Illini (ACHA II) in the 2023-24 season. In 2024-25, he served as the video coach intern for the Bloomington Bison's inaugural ECHL season. Fox also serves as a Tracker for Clear Sight Analytics, where he analyzes over 85 NHL games per season, and as the goaltending coach for Notre Dame College Prep Hockey. Michael holds a master's degree from the University of Illinois in Recreation, Sport and Tourism.
